Everything arrived neatly packed and the box looked really nice, which I appreciated. It was all wrapped well and felt put together. My only small gripe is that there was a bit too much tape to deal with, but overall I’d still recommend it if you like clean, simple packaging

My order ended up taking longer than the estimate, and the tracking just sat there without updates for a while. I understand shipping delays happen and I’m not trying to be unreasonable, but it would’ve been nice to get a clearer update instead of having to keep checking on it myself.
Customer service did reply, but the response felt rushed and didn’t really help much. I did eventually get my candles, and they were fine, but the whole experience was more frustrating than it needed to be. Not terrible, just a situation where a little more care and basic communication would’ve gone a long way.

I bought one of these candles a while back, it’s lasted way longer than I figured it would. I burn it a few nights a week, not all day or anything, and there’s still a good amount left, which was a nice surprise.

The scent has held up well too. It’s noticeable without being overpowering, which is kind of the whole point if you ask me. For the price, it feels like a fair buy since I’m not having to replace it right away. I’d definitely get another one.

I was happy with this candle overall. It burned mostly evenly, and the wick didn’t get too smoky, which I really appreciated. I did have to trim it a couple of times because the flame started getting a little too big, but that wasn’t a huge deal. It lasted a decent amount of time too. It’s not totally perfect, but it left me feeling satisfied enough that I’d buy it again

This smells really nice. It has that warm, clean kind of scent that just works for basically anyone, and it’s not overpowering at all.
